近日，旅游与地理科学学院迟潇婷博士在管理学领域的国际权威期刊《Business Strategy and the Environment》（SSCI一区，IF=10.818）发表题为“Pro-environmental employees and sustainable hospitality and tourism business: Exploring strategic reasons and global motives for green behaviors”的研究成果。迟潇婷博士为第一作者，青岛大学为第一作者单位。

“Pro-environmental employees and sustainable hospitality and tourism business: Exploring strategic reasons and global motives for green behaviors”一文系统探究了员工绿色行为对于旅游和接待业可持续发展的意义，并讨论了员工绿色行为践行过程中的影响因素。该研究为旅游和接待业部门及其他利益相关者提供了员工亲环保行为管理的有效指南。

迟潇婷副教授毕业于韩国世宗大学（该校在2022软科世界一流学科“旅游休闲管理”排名中位列全球第六），获酒店&观光经营学博士学位，2022年以特聘教授四层次引入我校，主要从事旅游体验、游客行为、旅游&酒店营销管理等方面的教学和研究工作。
