曹颖慧，女，1986年生，山东淄博人，地球与环境科学博士，讲师，硕士生导师。中国测绘学会科学普及工作委员会委员、对地观测工作委员会委员。《Disasters》、《International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction》等多本国际知名期刊审稿人。
